Last updated July 18, 2026.
Team Hoyt Denver ("we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving the Denver metro area. This policy explains what information we collect through teamhoytdenver.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
If you fill out a form on this site — for example, to apply as a runner or rider, volunteer, sponsor, or contact us — we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any details relevant to your request.
We do not knowingly collect payment or financial account information through this site. Donations and merchandise purchases are handled by third-party processors, subject to their own privacy policies.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are popular and how people find us — so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited.
We do not run advertising on this site, we have not enabled Google Signals or ad personalization features, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for advertising purposes.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using your browser's cookie and tracking-protection settings.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to applications, volunteer inquiries, and contact requests
- Coordinate athlete, volunteer, and sponsor participation
- Send occasional updates or newsletters, if you've asked to receive them
- Understand and improve how our site is used
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site or our programs (such as form processing, e-signature, or email delivery providers), or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete information you've submitted by contacting us at info@teamhoytdenver.com. Since our primary audience is local to the Denver metro area, this policy is written with that in mind — if you are visiting from outside the United States, additional rights may apply to you under your local law, and we're happy to work with you on request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
